I founded Adex Clubs back in 2008 while working as a crane operator. After a long history of shoulder problems I started my own rehabilitation program with a dumbbell and that turned into the 1st generation of the Adjustable Club. Seeing how the market was missing the ability to micro load I saw an opportunity to help many others. Originally from Connecticut, I love pizza, my dog Ari, and of course my wife Lisa!
